We hang our lamb for at least 10 days to allow it to develop its rich taste and flavour. Compare this with supermarket meat which is usually allowed little time to mature and consequently lacks taste and texture.
Our pure-bred flock of Poll Dorsets provide naturally produced out of season lamb which means that fresh meat is available throughout the year. We offer a choice of a boxed whole lamb, half a lamb and a roast and chop selection. Alternatively lamb is available in a selection of cuts - please consult our list of products or call for more details. We also have mutton available throughout the year. |
