Situated on Dunsbury Farm, Brook which is a working farm overlooking the sea with spectacular views of the white cliffs and downs. 5 minutes walk over the farm to beautiful Brook and Compton beaches famous for surfing and windsurfing. Freshwater Golf course is nearby. Riding and sailing with qualified instructors can be arranged. You can walk cycle or ride from the farm onto the Tennyson Trail without touching a road.
The cottage has been converted from a traditional farm outbuilding. The entrance is separate from the main farmhouse and there is a small self contained garden with patio and barbecue. The living area is open plan kitchen/sitting area/dining area with seating for 4. The floors are tiled with carpets in the bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and one with twin single beds. The shower room has an electric shower and cupboard for the washer/dryer and storage.
